Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the taxi services offered by We2Go (“We2Go”, “we”, “our”) and the use of our website. By booking a ride with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone (0032 468 231 722 / 0032 467 842 098) or by email (info@we2go.be).
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from We2Go.
- The phone number you provide must be reachable; the email address is optional.
3. Pricing
- Prices shown by the online estimator are indicative. The final price is communicated and agreed upon at the time of confirmation.
- For first-time customers we offer a 15% discount on the first ride.
- All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
- Long-distance trips, night-time trips (22:00–06:00), weekends, public holidays or special vehicles may be subject to different rates, communicated in advance.
4. Payment
Payment is made directly to the driver in cash, by Bancontact or by major credit card, unless otherwise agreed in advance. An invoice can be issued on request.
5. Cancellation & no-shows
- Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup, or no-shows, may be charged the equivalent of the minimum fare.
- For pre-booked long-distance trips (over 100 km) a 50% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled less than 12 hours in advance.
6. Service area
We operate from the province of Limburg to the whole of Belgium and beyond (Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg). Other destinations are possible on request.
7. Conduct & safety
- Passengers must wear a seatbelt at all times.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not allowed inside the vehicle.
- The driver may refuse transport to passengers whose behaviour may compromise safety.
- Damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger (e.g. soiling, breakage) may be invoiced.
8. Liability
We2Go takes all reasonable care to ensure punctual and safe transport, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road works or events beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the price of the affected ride.
9. Lost property
Items left behind in our vehicles will be kept for 14 days. To recover a lost item, please contact us at info@we2go.be.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us within 14 days at info@we2go.be. We will reply within 7 working days.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Limburg.
